Top Bar

I used to have many separate blogs, but rather than repeat that exercise for Google to destroy again, I have added the blogs as separate pages here on the Top Bar. I will add past posts as I recover them from other sources, but will also add new posts as the occasion arises; so always check, there's bound to be something new.

There is a new CTWW challenge post on Eco-Crap

See you there.

  1. Well, it seems that a whole bunch of CTWW participants live in an area where furnaces aren't used or in an area that doesn't need heating at all. So, I've modified the second part of the challenge, just a bit, to work for everyone. As always, you understood the spirit of the challenge and ran with it, offering us an Eco-tip for the coming months. And it's a good one ... fans are often forgotten and, like everything else, need to be kept clean to work efficiently. :-)

  2. @SF, attempt No. 2 (net went down) Life without a furnace in some parts of the US would be very cold, while in others, totally unnecessary; much the same in other parts of the world. The fan is often neglected, I know from my own experience. Happy to see you liked the alternative.
